Senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader and former Himachal Pradesh chief minister Prem Kumar Dhumal has hailed the army operation in Myanmar.
In a press statement released here on Thursday, Dhumal said the action was the result of the thoughtful policies of the central government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
On the other hand, the Congress had done nothing against militants since Independence. He said the action of the central government had not only helped the morale of the Indian forces but had also given a lesson to the anti-national forces and countries like Pakistan that were hell-bent on harming the Indian territory.
