Talent hunt held at Partap College

Partap College of Education organised an annual talent hunt for the session 2014-15 on Wednesday. The main objective of organising this talent hunt was to locate the potential of the budding artists for the upcoming youth festival.

Enthusiastic and zealous performers displayed their talent in various spheres, including folk and classical dances, bhajans, poem recitations, mimes, skits and singing.

The chief guest for this occasion was former principal of Government College for Girls, Zira (Ferozepur), Ramesh Inder Kaur Bal. College principal Balwant Singh formally welcomed the chief guest.

Speaking on the occasion, Singh said, “Great things are always accomplished by talented people who believe they can accomplish them. Everyone has one or other talent but what is rare is the courage and skill to nurture it.”

Bal along with vice-principal Manpreet Kaur performed their duties as judges and gave valuable tips and guidelines to the performers on how to polish and hone up their potential skills.
