Dr Sushil Kumar and Dr Ajay Kumar Aggarwal of Dharam Hospital, Sector 15-C, Chandigarh, alleged that Gurpal Singh, his wife Sukhwinder Kaur and his son, all residents of Cinema Road, Sirhind, and Jaswinder Singh, a resident of Jodhpur village, Bassi Pathana, prepared fake documents of a sale deed and forged the seal of the tehsildar, SAS Nagar.

The stamp papers were reportedly purchased from Joshi stamp vendor, Chandigarh. The Fatehgarh Sahib police registered a case under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the IPC on Friday.
