Nayanthara, Sivakarthikeyan to work in Mohan Raja’s new film

Tamil actors Sivakarthikeyan and Nayanthara will work together in a yet-untitled Tamil project, directed Mohan Raja. This will be the duo’s first pairing together.

Popular actors Sivakarthikeyan and Nayanthara will soon be working together in a yet-untitled Tamil project to be directed Mohan Raja. This is the first time the two have been cast together.

“The makers were in talks with three heroines, with Nayanthara being the front-runner. Since she had previously worked with director Mohan Raja in Thani Oruvan, she jumped at the opportunity the moment she heard the script,” said a source from the film’s unit.

Slated to go on the floors later in 2016, the rest of the cast and crew of the project are yet to be finalised. Sivakarthikeyan is currently busy shooting Tamil romantic-comedy Remo, while Nayanthara is shooting for a yet-untitled Tamil thriller.
