Telugu star Allu Arjun to sing in Sarainodu

Vijay did it in Puli. Now, actor Allu Arjun is all set to sing for Telugu film Sarainodu.

Allu Arjun joins a long list of actors turning singers. The actor has lent his voice for a special number in his upcoming Telugu outing Sarainodu, which has music by SS Thaman. In the recent past, Vijay (Puli) and Salman Khan (Hero) have both sung for their films.

“For an EDM track in the film, Arjun has crooned alongside singers Vickey and Manasi. Both of us thought it will be nice if he sings and when I asked him, he jumped at the opportunity. He had no second thoughts about singing,” said Thaman.

Arjun is the latest actor to sing to Thaman’s music. Other actors who have already crooned in his compositions include Mahesh Babu, NTR and Ravi Teja. Directed by Boyapati Srinu, the film also features Rakul Preet Singh and Catherine Tresa in important roles.
