Videocon has launched three new handsets in its mobile range — the Qruz V1425, V1430, and V1424. The Qruz V1425 is a 100 W PMPO music phone with speakers; the V1430 comes with a long lasting 1800 mAH battery, and the V1424 has been built to entertain.
The Qruz V1425 is a dual SIM phone with boom speakers, a VGA camera, Bluetooth, a 1200 mAH battery, MP3 player, high-res 2’’ TFT screen, expandable memory up to 4 GB, 1000 phonebook/ 500 SMS entries and an LED torch with mobile tracker.
The V1430 is a dual SIM phone with a VGA camera and video recorder, a 1.8” TFT screen, MP3 player, Bluetooth and expandable memory up to 4 GB.
The V1424 is a dual SIM phone with VGA camera, MP3 player, expandable memory up to 2 GB, 2” TFT screen, Bluetooth and mobile tracker.

Moser Baer India has announced the launch of its Knight USB flash drives with value added features that allow users to customise their storage space as per their preference. The USB flash drives are equipped with advanced features such as MyZone, which enables users to demarcate their personal and public storage space with a password. The space can be set to any percentage of the drive’s total capacity. The Knight flash drive is compatible with all major operating systems including Windows 7, Macintosh and Linux.
Television just got clearer
Samsung Electronics announced the expansion of its LED TV lineup by introducing LED TVs in 22” and 26” screen sizes. Samsung’s LED TVs now extend from 22” to 55” screen sizes across 13 models priced between Rs 25,000 and Rs 2 lakh. Samsung also offers 3D LED TVs in screen sizes between 40” and 55”.
Casio India launched their newest camera in the Exilim range. Called the Z-2000, this camera sports the upgraded Exilim engine 5.0 with multiple CPUs for faster image processing. Casio has included the Dynamic Photo function which creates “moving photos” by cutting moving
subjects from one background and combining those images on a different still image. So while increasing the fun of creating images, this model will also increase the fun of sharing them by making it easy to upload them to YouTube using bundled software.
