Here is another worry off the list this Christmas. Users do not have to worry about validity of data recharges or top-ups if they are on Airtel.
In a first of its kind move in India in the telecom sector, the Bharti-owned company has launched unrestricted-validity plans for its prepaid consumers in Delhi and Mumbai circles.
The new plans are valid for any kind of dara packs and start from Rs. 24 for 35MB. The other denominations are as follows -- Rs. 51 for 75MB, and Rs. 74 for 110MB. In Mumbai, the plans are Rs. 22 for 30MB, Rs. 54 for 80MB, and Rs. 73 for 110MB.
“As a company that is deeply passionate about ‘Customer First’, it is our constant endeavour to find newer ways to enrich our customer’s lives. Today, we are proud to launch India’s first unrestricted validity data plans - which give our prepaid customers the flexibility to enjoy mobile Internet services without worrying about any validity restrictions,” Ajai Puri, director - market operations, Bharti Airtel, said.
The move assumes significance as no other operator in the country is yet to launch any such move and the move is expected to propel Airtel’s subscribers’ base.
