Moto X4 specifications
Moto X4 features a 5.2-inch Full HD (1080p) display with Corning’s Gorilla Glass 3 protection on top. Under the hood of the smartphone, runs Qualcomm’s 630 octa-core processor. For photography, Moto X4 sports a dual-camera setup at the rear which is a combination of 12-megapixel and 8-megapixel sensors. Up front, it houses a 16-megapixel camera for selfies.
The smartphone is fueled by a 3,000mAh battery which is paired with the company’s TurboCharging charger. Motorola claims that TurboCharging offers 6 hours of juice on just 15 minutes of charge. Connectivity options available on the smartphone include dual-SIM support, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.2, and Wi-Fi. Moto X4 features
Additional features on Moto X4 include ‘Attentive Display’ which keeps the smartphone’s screen awake as long as the user is looking at it. Using built-in IR sensors, Moto X4 identifies if another person is looking at the smartphone and dims it to save battery. There’s also ‘Night Display’ which filters out blue light to adjust the screen’s brightness.
Moto X4 also comes with ‘Moto Actions’ which are basically shortcuts for easier navigation and usage. You can take a screenshot by placing three fingers on the screen. Huawei’s EMUI 8.0 also provides the same feature. You can navigate the phone by using the fingerprint reader as ‘One Button Nav’.
Some gestures available on Moto X4 include twisting your wrist twice to open the camera, and twisting it once to launch selfie camera. You can also place the phone face down to activate DND mode. The smartphone will switch to vibrate mode if you answer a call when on DND mode.
