Xiaomi Redmi Note 7S with 48-megapixel dual-rear cameras will launch in India tomorrow. Here are top features confirmed by Xiaomi.

Xiaomi's popular Redmi Note series will get a new member on Monday. Called Redmi Note 7S, the smartphone will be Xiaomi's second smartphone in India with 48-megapixel rear camera. The smartphone is expected to be part of mid-range segment.

Dual Rear Cameras

Xiaomi Redmi Note 7S' primary sensor will sport 48-megapixel resolution. The phone, however, will come with one more sensor. The company hasn't yet disclosed resolution of the secondary sensor. Xiaomi has already released some camera samples from Redmi Note 7S. The samples aims to show Note 7S' low-light and depth sensing capabilities.

Glass and red colour

Ahead of the official launch, company VP Manu Kumar Jain revealed Redmi Note 7S will sport a glass back panel just like Note 7 Pro. The smartphone has Gorilla Glass 5 protection. He also revealed the phone will be available in red colour option.

 

Rear fingerprint sensor

Redmi Note 7S will come with a rear fingerprint sensor on the back. The rear fingerprint sensor design is pretty much same as other Xiaomi and mid-range phones.

Dot notch

According to a teaser posted on Xiaomi's official website, the phone has a dot notch on the front, similar to Redmi Note 7 Pro. The front is also likely to have a thicker chin along with slimmer bezels on the sides.
