Chinese smartphone manufacturer ZOPO on Wednesday introduced two new smartphones, FLASH X1 and FLASH X2, featuring an 18:9 aspect ratio. The smartphones are priced at Rs 6,999 and Rs 8,999 respectively.

“Flash X1” and “Flash X2” have 83 per cent screen-to-body ratio, giving users an immersive experience without compromising the performance, the company said in a statement.

“Flash X1” sports 5.5-inch HD IPS display whereas the “Flash X2” comes with 5.99-inch HD IPS display.

Both the smartphones have a 64-bit MediaTek Quad-core processor paired with 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM that can be expanded up to 128GB via MicroSD card. The devices run Android 7.0 Nougat.

“First ones to bring deca-core, first ones to bring the cheapest dual camera and now first ones to bring cheapest 18:9 technology for the masses. We are always keen for bringing innovation to the masses,” said Sanjeev Bhatia, CEO, ZOPO Mobile India.

Both the devices will be available soon in coral blue, alien black and citrine gold colour variants.
