4 of Indian-origin family from Andhra found shot dead in US

Sri Lankan boat found abandoned near Nellore coast in Andhra

The boat’s location is about 10-15 km away from the Krishnapatnam port and 50 km north of Sriharikota. It was fitted with a Yamaha engine and contained two oil cans of 20-litre capacity with a Sri Lankan sticker on it, an empty water bottle of five-litre capacity, a blanket and a few burnt cigarettes and beedis.

In Andhra, EC orders re-polling in two more polling stations in Chittoor

Chittoor district collector and returning officer P S Pradyumna told reporters that re-polling would be held in two more polling stations: Kuppam Baduru and Kaluru villages of Ramachandrapuram block falling under Chandragiri assembly constituency on Sunday.

Lok Sabha election 2019: In Andhra’s Nellore constituency, YRSCP fields ex-TDP man to retain seat

Like many other Lok Sabha constituencies in Andhra Pradesh, Nellore also used to be a Congress bastion from where the party had won 12 times before the YSR Congress party or YSRCP gained prominence.
