Army chief Bipin Rawat to begin 2-day Kashmir visit today

Bipin Rawat’s visit would come a week after the home ministry announced the Ramzan ceasefire with a rider that the security forces reserved the right to retaliate if attacked and also to protect civilians.
Srishti walked through Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Haryana, Punjab as well as J&K as part of her journey. She walked on an average of 25 – 30 kms a day, meeting between 150 – 200 everyday.
