A new study has found that consuming a diet rich in omega-3 fatty acids is linked to fewer childhood asthma symptoms which are triggered by indoor air pollution.

Genetics and pollution play an important role in determining the severity of asthma, says a new study. The researchers found that asthma sufferers who lived closer to heavily travelled roads had the worst asthma symptoms, such as difficulty breathing, chest pain, cough, and wheezing.
