‘Form self-regulatory bodies’: I&B ministry to digital platforms

Indian Premier League (IPL) 2018 clocked 731.3 million impressions compared to 660.2 million in IPL10 after 30 matches according to data by TV ratings agency, Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC)
