Covid-19 curbs in Maharashtra: As part of the restrictions, no travel, except for essential services, medical reasons or vaccination, will be allowed. Those allowed to travel will have to quarantine themselves at home for 14 days after they reach their destination.

The Supreme Court has agreed to hear the UP government plea today itself, news agencies reported. The Allahabad high court had on Monday imposed Covid-19 curbs on five cities in Uttar Pradesh -- Prayagraj, Lucknow, Varanasi, Kanpur Nagar, and Gorakhpur -- till April 26.
Ayush Prasad, chief executive officer (CEO) of Zilla Parishad, had earlier said that 35,000 antigen kits would be given to 234 hotspots in rural Pune for mass testing. (PTI)
