Delhi Police rescue two girls from Mumbai

A police team went to rescue a missing 16-year-old girl from Rajouri Garden to a house in Mumbai, and found a 14-year-old girl there who was also from Rajouri Garden

Both girls are unrelated, and investigators said they suspect that a human trafficking was involved in kidnapping the girls and taking them to Mumbai, adding that a probe is ongoing. (Representational image)

Don’t stop lawyers’ vehicles during peak hours: Bar body head

The letter written on December 26 requested Chandigarh, Mohali SSPs and Panchkula DCP to issue directions to cops in the field not to “harass” lawyers by stopping their vehicles from 8 am to 11 am when they are going to court and 4 pm to 6 pm when they are headed back to their offices.
