Last year, the Metro fares almost doubled after two hikes in May and October, following the recommendations of the fourth Fare Fixation Committee (FFC).

Delhi Metro parking rates to be hiked from May 1, expect jump of nearly 50%

The metro rail corporation said the rates had been hiked after five years keeping in mind the charges levied by civic agencies in their parking lots. The increase comes months after the metro fare hike.
