Police station in Aurangabad holds English classes for kids from slums

As part of a community policing programme, Pundalik Nagar police station has started English classes for children from nearby slums, for a period of 15 days, with the help of a teacher, an official told PTI.

Chief minister Naveen Patnaik who issued the orders on Wednesday for starting spoken English in Std 1, said it would give the children better life opportunities.
