Pre-placement offers spike across IITs

At IIT-Bombay, 142 pre-placement offers were offered in 2017, of which 100 were accepted. This year, as of October-end, 162 students have already been offered jobs, while another few offers are in the pipeline.

QS rankings 2019: IITs, IISc climb in university list, figure in top 200

Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (IIT-B), Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, and Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (IIT-D) are in the top 200 in QS World University Rankings 2019 released on Wednesday. The number of Indian universities in the top 1,000 increased from 20 to 24.
