IIT Kharagpur receives 2.25 crore student grant from alumni

The institute has received generous grants from eight alumni and their families, who have come forward to support the students in need, according to a statement issued by IIT Kharagpur on Friday.

220 foreign students apply at IIT-Kharagpur for courses

Foreign students have been enrolled for MTech programmes like Aerospace Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics and Mechanical Engineering.

IIT-Kharagpur to start course on safe mining

The course is scheduled to start from the July semester and will have an intake capacity of 11.
