Punjab and Haryana HC has allowed sacked DSP and 2013 drugs case kingpin Jagdish Bhola to attend bhog and other ceremonies in his mother’s remembrance under the watch of a special team of Punjab Police.

Special HC bench headed by chief justice to hear Jagdish Bhola drug case

The division bench will take up the opinion submitted by Punjab government’s two-member panel constituted to examine the STF report on the alleged links between former revenue minister and Akali leader Bikram Singh Majithia and some drug traffickers.
