The Hindustan Times Palate Fest is back, and will have performances by Daler Mehndi, Jasmine Sandlas and Tulsi Kumar. There will also be masterclasses by chefs Harpal Singh Sokhi, Gautam Chaudhry and Sabyasachi Gorai, among others.
