Kanwariyas exempted from ‘no helmet no fuel’ rule

The ‘no helmet no fuel’ initiative was started in GB Nagar from June 1. The initiative was initially introduced for 10 days, but the success of the drive led to its permanent implementation of the rule.

Kanwariyas beat up man after cycle brushes past holy pot in Gurugram

Police said a man from Devla village was riding his bicycle when it allegedly grazed the kanwar (pot) of a pilgrim. This enraged the kanwariyas, who were going to the Shiv temple in Rewari, and they attacked the man.
