Let the Kathua rape victim be called by her name

A Scheduled Tribe girl’s right to grow up with dignity and receive education has been violated. The least we can do now is to remember her by name rather than call her the eight-year old gang-rape victim of Kathua as the NCPCR desires
SC to hear Kathua rape victim father’s plea seeking to shift trial to Chandigarh

The father moved the Supreme Court on Monday alleging the circumstance in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kathua are not conducive to a free and fair trial and that it needs to be shifted.
