Five arrested for fatally assaulting brother of cop

Two of them are watchmen of the Shahi building in Borivali where the incident took place and three others live in a neighbouring building.

The watchmen tried to stop Lahane by flashing a mobile torch light towards him, but since Lahane was drunk, he did not pay heed. “That is when the five men assumed he was a robber and began assaulting him with hockey sticks and other sticks. Gujarat: 7 held after BSF soldier killed for objecting against daughter's video

According to the FIR, one of the accused named Shailesh aka Sunil Yadav had made a video of Melaji Vaghela's daughter and uploaded it online a few days before. Shailesh reportedly is the schoolmate of the BSF soldier's daughter, and the two were in a relationship.

Tripura: 45-year-old lynched by women after rape bid on minor
