Centre issues advisory against ‘Momo challenge’

The ‘game’ features the image of a girl with a distorted face and eyes bulging out called the “Mother Bird by Link Factory”, according to reports.
So far, the Momo Challenge has claimed two lives in the state. Manish Sarki (18) of Kurseong in Darjeeling district hanged himself on August 20, while Aditi Goyal (26), also from Kurseong, committed suicide the next day.(AFP/Picture for representation)
