Alexei Navalny, President Vladimir Putin’s most prominent critic, had been in jail for a week for calling an unauthorised rally. He was rushed to hospital on Sunday with swollen eyelids, discharge in the eye and a rash on his upper body, doctors said.
The blaze erupted at the vessel’s battery compartment and spread, Shoigu said in televised remarks. The Defense Ministry earlier said 14 people have been killed and that there was an undisclosed number of survivors.(AFP)
