Students of Government Girls College in Gurugram’s Sector 14 are forced to study in the open due to a severe shortage of classrooms. On any given day, students can be seen sitting on the ground or footpaths as they take lessons amid outdoor noise.

Police said the woman, identified as Shikha Raghav from Haryana, was declared a proclaimed offender (PO) by a Delhi court ever since she was evading arrest in the case registered at the Roop Nagar police station.
