Guinness world record holder permanently handicapped for not cutting nails for 66 years

Shridhar Chillal had not cut his nails on his left hand since 1952. He had decided to grow his nails when he was scolded by his school teacher as a result of accidentally breaking the teacher’s long nail.

Indian with world’s longest fingernails to finally cut them after 66 years

82-year-old Shridhar Chillal has not cut his fingernails of his left hand since 1952. He had made it to the Guinness Book of World Records in 2016 for having the ‘Longest Fingernails on a Single Hand Ever’.
