Heart attack and stroke, cut your risk by visiting a sauna regularly

Your chances of a heart attack or stroke can be minimised if you visit a sauna regularly, suggests a study. The results show that if you visited a sauna more than four times in a week, you have a 61% lower risk of having a stroke compared to those who went just once a week.
