Vande Bharat Express Train: Amit Shah, who formally flagged off a new-look Vande Bharat Express train from national capital Delhi to Katra in Jammu and Kashmir, also spelt out a 10 year target to upgrade Jammu and Kashmir into one of the most developed states in the country.
The train was pelted with stones so often by troublemakers that the national transporter had to install cameras on its exterior to detect and deter them. And on numerous times, it ran over cattle straying on to the tracks.
