DDCA secretary Tihara had COVID-19 symptoms, now fit: Official

Speaking to IANS, a DDCA official said that Tihara has been away from the scene because he had signs which were symptomatic of the virus and even though he has recovered fully, he wishes to continue his self-isolation for a little longer.

‘Rajat Sharma is autocratic’, alleges suspended DDCA secretary in scathing letter to president

In a scathing mail, in possession of Hindustan Times, Tihara called the move of suspending the powers of an elected secretary as abuse of power. Tension started brewing when Tihara complained that certain appointments in the DDCA were against the suggestions of the Supreme Court-approved Lodha Panel suggestions.
