Akshat Singh gets standing ovation on Ellen DeGeneres show

Akshat Singh, of India's Got Talent fame, performed his Bollywood-style dance on US talk show The Ellen DeGeneres Show, impressing one and all. He even got the show's host Ellen to shake a leg with him. VIDEO INSIDE

Akshat Singh impressed one and all on The Elle DeGeneres Show as he made his entry on a small bike amidst applause.



Even as Ellen looked on mesmerised, Akshat showed off his Bollywood-style moves. The trademark move of this Salman Khan fan - playing with the belt - was also on display.

Just as he ended his performances, the audience gave him a standing ovation. The eight-year-old first rose to fame with his performance on the reality TV show India's Got Talent.



Speaking to Ellen, said, "I went to India's Got Talent to show the country that a motu (fat person) can also dance."



Akshat further discussed his dance regime and said that he practiced for three hours every day.

"Agar gaadi me petrol nai jaega to gaadi kaise chalega (If there's no petrol in the car, how will the car run)?" quipped Akshat while talking about his diet and why he needs to eat a lot!



Ellen also shook a leg with the wonder kid before gifting him a small bike with Akshat's name.



The famous American TV chat show host has interviewed famous people including the US President Barack Obama and soccer star David Beckham on her show, The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
