The South African cricketer has been approached to participate in the upcoming dance reality show, Nach Baliye 6, with his girlfriend Caroline McClelland.

An insider says, “The channel officials have spoken to him and an answer is awaited. The makers feel that getting people from other walks of life alongside TV stars will make the show interesting. Last year, tennis player Sania Mirza and her cricketer husband Shoaib Malik had participated in two episodes.”

Other couples who have been approached include Karan Singh Grover-Jennifer Winget, Gurmeet Choudhary-Debina Bonnerjee, Sanaya Irani-Mohit Sehgal, Sourav Ganguly-Dona Ganguly, Shabbir Ahluwalia-Kanchi Kaul and Aashka Goradia-Rohit Bakshi.

While Sanath Jayasuriya lasted a few weeks on his show, Sania Mirza-Shoaib Malik and Kris Srikkanth appeared for two episodes each.
