Karanvir Bohra and Teejay Sidhu’s seven-month-old twins, Miko and Nonu, have already started taking baby steps into the world of showbiz. The actors, who became parents in October in Vancouver, Canada, last year, brought their daughters to India a few days back, and since then, their friends in the television industry have been dropping in to meet the babies. The twins have already met actors Surbhi Jyoti and Mouni Roy. And the cute photos, being uploaded by Teejay on her Instagram page, have been grabbing eyeballs.
Teejay uploaded a picture of Mouni holding one of the girls and wrote, “… So I head over to my Daddy’s shoot. He does a show about snakes. But I didn’t see any. It’s good because I’m scared of snakes! I met Mouni Masi. :) She’s really nice. And really pretty. She sings me songs in Bengali…” Karanvir and Teejay took their daughters to the set of former’s show, Naagin 2.
So I wake up on my second day in Bombay and wonder, 'What does a baby do around here?' All the people I know are in Canada. I guess I better go meet some new people. :) So I head over to my Daddy's shoot. He does a show about snakes. But I didn't see any. It's good because I'm scared of snakes! I met Mouni Masi. :) She's really nice. And really pretty. She sings me songs in Bengali. :) She says she will teach me Bengali. Mouni Maashi. See? I'm learning already! :) It was really hot today. My maashi got me AC cooler so I would be comfortable. It's great being a baby. Everyone takes care of me. :) Still, it's a little too warm. And I'm tired. I better go home before I start crying. If I make too much noise, the snakes might come out. I'll see you again soon @imouniroy! There. I met one new person today. :)
“I guess our babies are becoming more popular in India than we are. Since we are back in India, friends have been coming over to visit us and we just love it. So far it’s been a wonderful experience. Our babies are also giving us a chance to reconnect with friends we haven’t met for a long time,” says Teejay. She also added that the babies seem to be enjoying meeting new people. “They aren’t two crying babies but are quiet and peaceful. They love meeting new people. They laugh and play a lot,” she shares.
Today I met my Surbhi Masi for the first time. :) It didn't feel like it though. It felt like I was coming home. :) Maybe it's because she loved me from before I was born. We already had a connection. :) Before today, we only saw each other on whatsapp. She wanted to come see me last week but I fell asleep! I forgot babies get jet-lagged, too. :) So today I finally made a plan. I came to set to say sorry and give her a hug. :) OK Masi, I'm done. Now I should get going. I still have to meet Chandu Masi. And you have to shoot. If you get late, the production people will blame me. They will say the baby is distracting you. So you get back to work. I'll see you at my house in a few days. And I'll stay awake this time! Haha! :) @surbhijyoti
She also uploaded a picture of Koi Laut Ke Aaya Hai actor Surbhi Jyoti hugging one of the babies. “Today, I met my Surbhi Masi for the first time. :) It didn’t feel like it though. It felt like I was coming home. :) Maybe it’s because she loved me from before I was born. We already had a connection,” she wrote.
These cute photos are already a hit with the fans of the actors. They now want them to continue sharing more such clicks. While one kainat_rajput wrote, “Awwwwwwww mashallah looking pretty” and another diksha_kvbholic wrote “And Tee, please do share some Miko n Nonu pics with KV. dying to see some daddy-daughter pictures ☺ @bombaysunshine”
“Whoever wants to come and meet our babies must come over. They will be more than happy to meet you,” smiles Teejay.
