The controversy queen might be trying to dole out justice to troubled people, but the show's format hasn't gone down well with a city lawyer who has reached the High court over Rakhi's "objectionable" attitude.

The case filed is in public interest litigation. The city based advocate, Sushan Kunjuaraman supporting his cause said that the show is not worth being aired as it showcases objectionable attitude by Rakhi Sawant who also mocks the judiciary and law.

The lawyer highlighted the fact that the show starring Rakhi Sawant makes use of foul language and foul means

undermining the law, justice, rules, judges, police machinery, litigants and their families, courts of law and even welfare associations meant for women.

Sushan Kunjuaraman has now asked for an immediate ban of the show. The hearing would take place in few days.

Copy of the case filed has been sent out to the producer of the channel. The producers, however, deny having received court's notice.
