Aarushi case: SC not to intervene; Talwars to be tried as accused

The Supreme Court has rejected the plea of Aarushi parents, the Talwars who had moved Supreme Court against the lower court's order. The Supreme Court refused to interfere with trial courts order. The Supreme Court said the couple will face trial as accused. The CBI will now summon the couple, who have been accused by the agency as the co-accused in the murder of their daughter Aarushi.
