About The Video

As the entire country is reeling under severe cold, that has claimed over 100 lives, there seems to be no respite from the chilly weather in the near future. According to the Indian Meteorological Department, the winters in the northern part of India will stay till March, with the states witnessing below normal temperatures in the entire month of February. The MeT department is holding La Nina, a coupled ocean-atmosphere phenomenon better known in India for aiding good monsoon rains, which is responsible for the drastic dip in mercury.
