Distressed villagers take out anti-Maoist rally in West Bengal

Villagers in West Midnapore district of West Bengal participated in an anti-Maoist rally recently to raise their voice against the atrocities carried out by the ultras. Tormented by Maoist atrocities, villagers on bicycles and even a few on motorbikes, took out a protest rally from West Midnapore and drove past Bankura district, both of which are areas worst hit by ultras. The rally took place with an aim to spread awareness among villagers who were lured by Maoists to join their groups.
