Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Sunday said he would increase the size and strength of the country's anti-terrorist forces after militant attacks in Mumbai killed nearly 200 people. India's Home Ministry said the official toll in Mumbai was 183 killed. Earlier, Mumbai disaster authorities said at least 195 people had been killed and 295 wounded. Leaders from all major parties including former allies and those in the opposition attended the meting.
