Sarabjit Singh to move Supreme Court

Indian national, Sarabjit Singh, condemned to death in Pakistan, will move the Supreme Court of the country to reopen his case. Singh was sentenced to death in 1991 for spying and a bombing that killed 14 people, but his family said he was innocent and had crossed the border into Pakistan in 1990 accidentally, while he was drunk. Awais Ahmad Sheikh, counsel for the convict, said that the real culprit for the bombing was Manjeet Singh, who had been arrested by the Indian authorities after he petitioned them with evidence.
