NATO member behind Nord Stream attack? Pipeline chief 'exposes' West, Russia 'vindicated'

Nord Stream Chief has made a sensational claim on the pipeline sabotage saga. Matthias Warnig, the Executive Director of Nord Stream 2 AG, in an interview to 'Die Zeit' has ruled out Russia being behind the attack on the pipelines. He has instead hinted on involvement of a NATO member. When asked if he thought a NATO member was behind it, Warnig nodded his head and said 'think about it'. In September last year, multiple explosions severely damaged the Nord Stream pipelines carrying gas from Russia to Europe. Western leaders and Ukraine blamed Moscow for the attack and called it a dangerous act of sabotage. Months of investigations however, have not led to any conclusive evidence that Russia was behind the sabotage of Nord Stream Pipelines.
