At least 100 people were killed and over several others wounded after a suicide bomber attacked Lal Shahbaz Qalandar shrine in Sehwan in southern Pakistan on Thursday. Reportedly, the Islamic State (IS) has claimed responsibility for the attack. The attacker appeared to have targeted the women's wing of the shrine, and around 30 children accompanying their mothers were also killed in the blast, that ripped through the shrine. The high death toll at the shrine makes it one of the worst attacks in Pakistan in the recent years.
