Watch | Halloween treats for zoo animals in Britain
Days before Halloween carved pumpkins were placed in animal enclosures in British zoos. And all of them had their own share of fun. An Andean bear named Bernie climbed on and ate two of the orange fruits, while meerkats climbed inside one of the carved treats, and an uninterested Boelen's python slithered past a pumpkin placed in its enclosure. At ZSL Whipsnade Zoo, a four-month-old elephant named Elizabeth was one of 11 of the mammals who played with a selection of 30 mammoth pumpkins.
