A pipe organ in New Jersey, described as the largest musical instrument on the planet is undergoing restoration. The massive organ at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City hasn't fully functioned since a hurricane in 1944. It weighs about 150 tonnes and has more than 33,000 pipes. During the organ's heyday, historians say its power and tonal range were unparalleled. Currently it's operating at about a quarter of its capacity.Officials hope to have the main organ working at 50 percent capacity by this summer.
