Queen Elizabath plays with toddler Prince Charles in adorable rare video

Clarence House just published this adorable footage from 1949 of one-year-old Prince Charles with Queen Elizabeth II to mark Mother's day.Queen Elizabeth II, then Princess Elizabeth, is seen playing with her then toddler son Prince Charles. Charles is now 67 and the heir to the throne. In another clip, the Prince, dressed in a coat, is seen walking outside as his mother waves from the window. The 51-second clip titled “Prince Charles at Home” was first shown to guests at a reception for the British Film Institute in April 2013.
