Tea cake

Salt

Flour

Baking powder

Lemon zest

Honey

Sugar

Eggs

Milk

Butter

Earl Grey tea

Make tea in milk, strain, and keep aside. Separately, beat butter, honey and sugar and then add eggs. Add flour, salt, and baking powder and mix properly. Add milk and lemon zest, pour in a greased pan, and bake

Sweet lemon syrup

Unsweetened iced tea

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, shake well, pour in a glass and enjoy

Earl Grey tea leaves

Salt

Orange zest

Egg yolks

Granulated sugar

Milk

Heavy cream

Warm cream with milk, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Stir tea leaves and zest, remove from heat and let it sit for 1 hour. Mix warm cream with egg yolk and then stir into the frozen mixture. Cook over low heat, strain and chill for at least 4 hours

Brew tea and strain. Add all ingredients except yogurt and almonds, then boil. Heat until liquid thickens, chill, and store in a jar. Pour yogurt in a bowl, add compote, sprinkle almonds and enjoy

Cocoa powder

Bittersweet chocolate chips

Separately grind tea leaves and chocolate chips. Then mix them together along with sugar and cocoa. You can store the mixture in a jar. Add the mix with milk, keep for some time, strain, and enjoy
