In the first trimester of pregnancy, a woman experiences nausea, vomiting and loss of appetite. As the pregnancy advances, a woman starts feeling better and her appetite will improve

Avoid travelling in the first trimester

Adequate sleep

Ensure adequate sleep during pregnancy. Bhasgi said that one should sleep in the left lateral position as it improves the blood circulation towards the baby from the mother
