Add a pinch of dry ginger powder in your buttermilk and have it with lunch for optimum digestion
Take 1-inch fresh ginger, grate and boil it in half a glass of water for 3-5 mins. Strain and drink it to treat sore throat, cough/cold, and bloating
Take 1 litre water, add half a tsp dry ginger powder in it, and boil for 15 mins. Have it to cure sore throat, bloating, cold and to boost immunity
Add 1 inch of grated ginger in CCF tea (cumin, coriander and fennel tea) and have it 1-hour post meals to treat fatty liver
Take 5 ml ginger juice, add 1 tsp of honey, a pinch of salt and 5 drops of lemon. Have it 30 mins before meals as it helps with loss of appetite and taste
