Easy and no fuss
Mango Barfi recipe

2 tablespoons of sugar
(put in the blender to make powder)

1 cup of milk

2 teaspoons of ghee

1 and a half cups of milk powder

1 Mango


Chop mango and put it in the blender

Now put the mango puree in a pan on low flame

Add sugar and stir to mix

Once the sugar melts, turn off the stove and set aside the pan

Now in another pan, heat the ghee

Add milk and stir

Now add the powdered milk little by little and stir

Add the mango and sugar puree and stir

Keep stirring until it's nice and thick. Switch the stove off

Use a little ghee to grease a plate

Crush some almonds or any other dry fruits you like - optional

Pour the batter on the plate, add the dry fruits on top and leave it to set

Once it sets, cut in the shape you like. Your sweet treat is ready
